Field Service Technician
100 percent travel (RI / Surrounding states)

Contract with Holiday pay (No PTO)
Pay – 32hr – 34hr +/- Depending on experience (BASE PAY)

Must work without sponsorship.

Travel, Housing and transportation is covered – Training and throughout the position

Gas Millage / $90 a day meals / Company Credit card / 1.5 OT

Required 2-week paid training at the Rhode Island – North Kingstown office.

Overtime is expected (Time and a half over 40hrs per week)

Job Responsibilities

  • Installation and machine maintenance, which includes diagnosis, repairs, certifications, and re-calibration of various machines at customer sites

  • Perform service calls at customer sites to correct problems involving company products, diagnoses and corrects the problems.

  • Provides technical support to other service representatives and customers Ensures prompt preparation and completion of service and expense reporting related to assigned duties

  • Provides the highest customer satisfaction while in a professional manner

  • Assembly, disassembly, leveling, diagnosis, and repair of mechanical issues

  • Diagnosis, troubleshooting, and repair of mechanical systems

  • Must have mechanical and electrical aptitude on machinery

  • Provide high-quality technical service to customers to ensure optimal machine performance.

  • Document customer machine information and technical conditions and make improvement suggestions.

  • Train customers to operate and/or service machines to ensure maximum productivity.

  • Act as a Service ambassador and work directly with customers during installations and repairs to enable
