Job Posting: Material Handling Specialist -Selector
Job Title: Selector
Location: Austell GA 30168
Pay Rate: $19/hour
Shift: Monday – Friday, 12 PM – 9 PM (overtime expected)
Contract: temp to hire
Selector First week work schedule 10am to 7pm (must have experience driving a stand up forklift reach truck)
Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Packers to join our team. No prior packing experience is required as we provide training. UPS packing experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently and accurately pack materials in a fast-paced production environment
- Verify quantities, materials, and locations to ensure order accuracy
- Maintain strong attention to detail while handling inventory
- Operate with a sense of urgency to meet production goals
- Follow all safety protocols, including wearing steel-toed boots (no hard or composite toe)
Qualifications:
- Reliable transportation to ensure consistent attendance
- Basic computer skills for order tracking and verification
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Excellent attendance is crucial for success in this role
