Daily Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and provide timely, courteous problem resolution.

Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a college degree with previous experience in customer service, particularly with SAP-R3 or similar. (REQUIRED)
- Exhibits excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse functional teams.
- Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with tests scores available.
