Daily Responsibilities:

Ideal Candidate:

  • Holds a college degree with previous experience in customer service, particularly with SAP-R3 or similar. (REQUIRED)

  • Exhibits excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse functional teams.

  • Demonstrates intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with tests scores available.
