Are you passionate about precision, problem-solving, and playing a key role in drug development? We’re looking for an Associate Scientist to join our Method Development team, where you’ll perform analytical testing using advanced instrumentation in a regulated, GMP-compliant lab setting. If you enjoy hands-on work, variety in your day, and contributing to meaningful pharmaceutical projects, this could be the role for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Conduct routine and investigational HPLC analysis to support method development and product testing.

  • Support testing with additional analytical tools such as FTIR, GC, NMR, MS, KF, XRD, DSC, and TGA (experience in all not required—training available!).

  • Coordinate and execute stability testing programs; write protocols and generate technical reports.

  • Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely data generation for client and internal projects.

  • Review analytical data for scientific integrity and adherence to good documentation practices (GDP).

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality Assurance, Manufacturing, and R&D.

What You Bring

  • Education: B.S. in Chemistry (or related scientific field).

  • Experience: 2+ years in a pharmaceutical analytical laboratory or equivalent industry experience.

  • Familiarity with GMP/GLP, quality control labs, or pharmaceutical stability programs is a plus.

Technical Skills:

  • Solid experience operating HPLC systems and interpreting data.

  • Exposure to or interest in expanding into other techniques (e.g., FTIR, NMR, GC, MS, etc.).

  • Comfortable using common lab tools such as balances, pH meters, pipettes, and ovens.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and documentation.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organization.

  • Effective communicator who can work well with technical and non-technical teams.

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced lab environment while maintaining high data quality.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a collaborative, growth-oriented lab that values science and innovation.

  • Work on diverse, real-world projects that impact human health and safety.

  • Expand your technical skills with hands-on exposure to a broad range of analytical tools.

  • Learn from industry experts in a supportive, team-first environment.

If you’re looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and be a valuable contributor in pharmaceutical method development, we’d love to hear from you!
