Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
1st – 6:30am – 3:00pm / Mon – Fri + OT on Weekends $18.50
2nd – 2:30pm – 11pm / Mon – Fri + OT on Weekends $20.35
3rd – 10:30pm – 7am / Sun – Thurs + OT on Weekends $21.28

What’s a typical day as an Operator 1? You’ll be:
• Becoming familiar with product lines and identifying visual defects to ensure quality standards are met, reporting to the Manufacturing Supervisor.
• Performing visual inspections of bottles and making quality decisions on each part retrieved from machines or conveyor lines.
• Maintaining a clean work area and adhering to all company and departmental work and safety rules throughout your shift.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Possess a High School diploma or GED; ability to read, write, and understand the English language is essential.
• Have excellent hand/eye coordination skills and can lift and load pallets weighing up to 35 pounds.
• Are able to work in a high-speed, repetitive production environment and adjust to changing conditions efficiently.
