Kelly Services is seeking a temp to hire Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative to join a well-established, family-owned business in Alliance, OH.
Requirements:
- In this dual customer service and inside sales role, you’ll be the first point of contact for incoming and outgoing customer interactions.
- Assist with inbound calls, outbound lead follow-up, product information, and support the sales team in driving new business.
- Answer and transfer inbound calls professionally
- Respond to customer emails and inquiries
- Learn and understand company products, especially cleaners and disinfectants
- Reach out to cold and warm leads to generate interest
- Understand customer processes to transition leads to the sales team
- Keep a positive, energetic attitude—even when handling uninterested or cold responses
- Support inside sales efforts through follow-up and customer relationship building
- Strong phone etiquette, clear and professional phone voice
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Motivated, persistent, and comfortable handling cold calls
- Previous phone-based customer service required
- Inside sales experience is a plus
- Payrate: $21.00 an hour
- Monday- Friday 8am-5pm
