Now Hiring: HVAC Assembler 2nd Shift
Location: Windsor, CT
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Pay: $21.40 per hour
Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled HVAC Assembler to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling refrigeration systems on air conditioning units using tools such as pipe cutters, pipe benders, oxy-propane welding sets, flaring tools, taps, and drills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Assemble refrigeration components to specifications using appropriate tools and equipment

Perform pressure and leak testing on completed work

Read and interpret technical drawings and sketches with accuracy

Maintain cleanliness and organization of individual work area

Keep a daily time log of work completed on manufacturing or production travelers

Complete additional assignments as designated by supervisor
Qualifications and Experience:

Experience in assembling industrial air conditioning and refrigeration systems

Skilled in soldering and working with copper fittings

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and use measuring tools such as a scale or tape measure
Other Skills and Abilities:

Basic computer skills preferred
Education and Certifications:

High School diploma or equivalent required
