At Kelly® Professional & Industrial, we’re seeking Entry-Level Assemblers/Machine Operators to work for an actively growing Manufacturing Company in Lima, NY. With us, it’s all about finding the right opportunity to kickstart your career in manufacturing! Temp to hire.
Available Shifts/Compensation:
- A Shift | 6:30am to 3pm, Mon-Fri. | $16/hr.
- B Shift | 2:30pm to 11pm, Mon-Fri. | $17.60/hr.
- C Shift | 10:30pm to 7:30am, Sun-Thurs. | $18.40/hr.
What does a typical day look like for this position? You’ll be…
- Assembling and packaging custom plastic cards, key tags, and badges by hand or with equipment.
- Setting up and operating machines for laminating, printing, or cutting products.
- Performing quality checks and visual inspections to ensure accuracy and proper finish.
- Monitoring equipment and making adjustments to maintain quality and flow.
- Recording basic production data and troubleshooting minor machine issues.
- Following detailed visual work instructions and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
- Assisting with general production tasks including material handling and shipping prep.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you…
- Have a High School Diploma or GED (preferred, not required).
- Are comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
- Have 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience – preferred.
- Are dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new skills.
