Ready to put your skills to work in a fast-paced, global environment? Kelly Services is looking for an Import/Export Coordinator in Pomona, CA! If you’ve got strong attention to detail and love working with data and documents, this could be the perfect fit.
Schedule: Monday–Friday 8am-4:30pm
Pay: $21–$22/hr
What You’ll Do:
- Create commercial invoices using Oracle and Excel for shipments to Mexico
- Ensure accurate codes and product descriptions for dental goods (e.g., implants, instruments, materials
- Verify export/import documentation complies with U.S. Customs and international trade laws
- Maintain accurate records of all international transactions for audits and compliance
- Generate reports on shipping activity, costs, and delivery performance
- Coordinate international shipments with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers
- Respond to import/export requests from brokers and partners
What You’ll Need:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong Excel skills (vlook up, date entry, pivot tables)
- Prior experience in role with database navigation/management
- Experience with Outlook and Oracle preferred
- Knowledge of import/export processes a plus
- Ability to stay organized and accurate in a fast-moving setting
