Schedule & Pay

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3-day weekends!)

  
  

• Pay: $32.50/hour – negotiable for the right candidate based on experience

What You’ll Do

In this hands-on role, you’ll install, test, troubleshoot, and maintain a wide range of electrical systems and components. You’ll play a vital part in supporting production operations by ensuring machinery runs safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components.

  
  

• Diagnose malfunctions, repair or replace faulty parts, and calibrate equipment.

  
  

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production equipment.

  
  

• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and PLC programs.

  
  

• Work safely in a high-voltage environment, adhering to LOTO and arc flash protocols.

  
  

• Assemble electrical panels, harnesses, and install infrastructure wiring.

  
  

• Respond rapidly to equipment breakdowns and service requests.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a detail-oriented and safety-conscious professional with a strong foundation in electrical theory and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in an electrical technician role.

  
  

• 2-year degree in Electrical Technology (required).

  
  

• Proficiency with 3-phase systems and 480V equipment.

  
  

• Strong understanding of NEC standards, troubleshooting, and AC/DC systems.

  
  

• Able to use hand/power tools and a wide variety of meters and gauges.

  
  

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly preferred.

Physical & Work Environment

• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and wear PPE at all times.

  
  

• Comfortable working in a high-noise, industrial setting.

  
  

• Full range of motion for walking, standing, lifting, and bending.
