Job Title: Engineering Industrial Manager
Job Summary:
The Engineering Industrial Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the engineering and industrial operations of the company. This role involves coordinating engineering teams, optimizing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. The manager will collaborate with different departments to innovate and enhance manufacturing operations, ensuring the successful delivery of projects and products within budget and on time.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure alignment of engineering objectives with the overall business goals.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in engineering management or industrial operations.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and process improvement methodologies.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and quality management systems.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Knowledge of technology and tools pertinent to industrial engineering.
- Certifications related to project management or quality assurance (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma).
Working Conditions:
- Office and industrial plant environment.
- Occasional travel to manufacturing sites and supplier locations.
