Compensation/Shift Details:

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
$19/hour for Machine Operators
$17/hour for Assembly Workers

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM
$20.33/hour for Machine Operators
$18.19/hour for Assembly Workers

Typical Responsibilities of a Machine Operator:

  • Operate CNC equipment efficiently, ensuring the correct use of machines, tools, and inspection devices.

  • Load parts, verify settings, and measure first-run and sample parts.

  • Maintain production targets for cycle time, quantity, and quality.

  • Utilize measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

  • Produce parts that meet quality specifications, identifying and addressing root causes and corrective actions for quality issues.

  • Conduct in-process inspections and accurately complete necessary documentation, including the Inspection Process (IP) sheet.

Typical Responsibilities of an Assembler:

  • Perform tasks such as deburring, parts inspection, and leak testing.

  • Use various measurement tools and inspection gauges.

  • Record and communicate actions taken on parts and production operations.

Required Skills:

  • Proficiency with hand tools and measurement instruments (hand gauges, calipers, and micrometers).

  • Experience in Machine Operation or Assembly within a Manufacturing/Production environment (CNC, fabrication/metal, laser welding).

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings.

  • High school diploma or GED is mandatory.
