NOW HIRING: Customer Service Representative
Location: Hybrid/Farmington, CT (In-office for training, then 1 day per week)
Hours: Monday to Friday, ideally 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $20.00/hr
Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused individual to join our Contact Center team. As a Customer Service Representative Inbound/Outbound II, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, processing customer orders and inquiries, and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate multiple systems to assist our clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, working to establish a positive rapport with both internal and external clients.
- Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate tools and methods.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Enter quotes, orders, and process customer requests accurately and professionally.
- Utilize SAP and other CRM systems to process customer inquiries and service requests.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues.
- Handle miscellaneous administrative tasks as necessary.
- Meet customer service targets, such as timely order entry and resolution of customer inquiries.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is required.
- Proven experience with accurate data entry and effective customer communication.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations patiently and diplomatically.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and some holidays as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP (or similar CRM systems) is essential.
Education Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- College degree or equivalent education is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Hybrid work schedule: Training will be held in-office for up to 1 month; after training, employees will work in the office 1 day per week.
- Call Center is open from 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM, so flexibility is required for various shifts.
