Customer Service Representative
Location: Geismar, LA 70734
Salary: $17/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm
Dress Code: Business Casual
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Provide information about services, products, and facilities.
- Assist clients with check-in/check-out processes and reservations.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and courteously.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
- Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Collect and report feedback to improve customer service processes.
- Perform administrative tasks as required, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or front desk operations preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., MS Office, booking systems).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations with a calm demeanor.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude.
