We are seeking enthusiastic Member Engagement Specialists to join our dedicated team! In this impactful role, you’ll provide exceptional support to our members, guiding them through their health journeys and helping them access the resources they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inbound Sales: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, delivering information and personalized assistance as they navigate their purchasing process.

  • Outbound Sales: Reach out proactively to warm leads, building relationships and closing sales to further support our women’s health initiatives.

  • Customer Relationship Management: Keep accurate records in our CRM system, documenting all interactions and sales activities to ensure a seamless experience for our members.

  • Sales Goals: Aim to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs by utilizing effective sales techniques that resonate with our mission.

  • Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our services and the latest trends in women’s health to effectively address customer needs and concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven sales experience in both inbound and outbound roles; experience in a contact center is not required.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine ability to build rapport and demonstrate empathy.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle objections with ease.

  • Self-motivated, positive, and committed to delivering outstanding service.

  • Goal-oriented with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
