Job Summary:
– Location: South Chesterfield, VA 23834
– Pay Rate: Based on Experience
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Assist in the planning, scheduling, and execution of construction projects.
– Lead specific aspects of the project, including coordinating subcontractors and managing deliverables.
– Manage all phases of project delivery, from site and team setup to handover.
– Develop and review construction planning, monitoring progress to ensure projects are on schedule.
– Facilitate effective communication among contractors, subcontractors, and vendors.
– Ensure all projects meet the highest quality standards and adhere to budget constraints.
– Maintain a clear focus on Health & Safety responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications & Skills:
– 3-5 years experience in construction project management or a related field.
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
– Ability to solve medium-level tasks independently with minimal supervision.
– Familiarity with construction planning and progress monitoring tools.
