Kelly is seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our Assembly team as a Manufacturing Associate in Fowlerville, MI, In this role you will be responsible for operating assembly machinery and assembling components into machined valve bodies. You may also be involved in a variety of other tasks including fabrication, welding, cutting, molding, painting, and packaging.
1st shift Assembly – 7am – 3:30pm M – F with any OT on weekends – (Some mandatory)
2nd Shift – 2pm – 10:30pm
3rd Shift – 11pm – 7:30am

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Adhere to all safety requirements and wear appropriate personal protective equipment.
- Operate machinery and perform changeovers as needed.
- Assemble components into machined valve bodies.
- Reset faults on machinery.
- Perform visual inspections and identify potential quality concerns.
- Perform lot control and tagging of components, work in process, and finished goods.
- Complete check sheets and reports as required.
- Retrieve and unpack components, stock the line, and pack parts into dunnage.
- Operate pallet trucks to move materials and dunnage.
- Maintain a clean work cell and area.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Use hand gauges and/or other testing devices to perform quality checks.
Education/Experience:
- Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Steel toed boots
- Preferred: Manufacturing experience
