Life Cycle Management Assistant – Warsaw, IN or West Palm Beach, FL
Kelly Outsourcing Consulting Group KellyOCG , a managed solution provider and business unit of Kelly Services, Inc., is currently seeking a Lift Cycle Management Assistant at one of our clients in Warsaw, IN or West Palm Beach, FL. This role is a full-time, fully benefitted position.
As a KellyOCG employee you will be eligible for Medical, Dental, 401K and a variety of other benefits to choose from. You’ll also be eligible for paid time off, including holiday, vacation and sick/personal time. All KellyOCG employees receive annual performance reviews.
Title: Life Cycle Management Assistant
Location: Warsaw, IN (46582) or West Palm Beach, FL (33410)
Pay: open; plus benefits and PTO
Hours: M-F first shift
Duration: Long term contract (minimum 1 year)
Job Responsibilities:
- Help manage the discontinuation project by:
- Tracking status of the deliverables (PDPs, CR/CNs, PDCs)
- Holding cross functional teams accountable to on-time completion
- Leading regular updates on progress
- Working with HCL to maintain overall SKU tracker
Requirements:
- SAP/OTC experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Vizio, Excel, Word, Outlook
- Strong Communication skills
- Degree preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience: 2-3 years
