Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the recruitment process for salaried and contract positions.
- Oversee employee investigations.
- Conduct new hire orientations on a rotating schedule every other Monday.
- Utilize ADP for payroll adjustments and reporting to the payroll team.
- Assist with employee investigations and other HR-related tasks.
- Pull and analyze necessary reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of strong recruiting experience, particularly for manufacturing roles.
- Experience with ADP systems.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
