Consumer Credits/Returns Administration and Process
Maintain Accurate and Consistent Consumer Credit/Return Processing Procedures
Knowledge of Work/Task Instructions
Utilize Empowerment and Decision Processes for Consumer Credit and Returns
Knowledge of Consumer Credit and Return Guidelines and Procedures
Clear Messaging for Consumer Credit and Return Denials
Applicable Systems and Processes Adherence
