- Temp to hire opportunity
- $26-29/hr
- Full time, Monday-Friday
- Position can be worked fully remote. Must be within driving distance of the office in Valley City, ND for the first day to get setup with IT
SUMMARY
- Facilitate a variety of projects, from inception to completion, including Compliance management, Educational campaigns, Safety directives, Benefit system updates, Open Enrollment task support and benefit-related communications
- Projects will span various aspects of Human Resources, including Benefits; Compensation; Employee Relations; Leaves; Onboarding; Payroll; Recruiting; Safety; Training; and Work Comp.
- Projects may be one-time, cyclical, or ongoing.
- Field questions from employees and managers across the organization via phone and/or email.
- Provide proactive and timely status updates.
- Build relationships with external parties
- Prepare periodic reports and perform HR-related administrative duties.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3+ years of human resources experience
- Project management skills
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
