Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation:
$18/hr, Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, 40 hours/week

What’s a typical day as a Customer Service Representative? You’ll be:
– Receiving all incoming calls and responding to emails via Cherwell, ensuring excellent communication with customers.
– Assisting with account setup, responding to inquiries, and sending invoice copies for Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
– Managing daily gift card fulfillment and addressing customer comments received via phone, email, or surveys.
– Supporting miscellaneous projects or tasks as assigned to enhance team efficiency.
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
– Have a high school diploma or GED (required); general accounting or office management experience is preferred.
– Possess excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
– Have a general knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs (preferred).
– Exhibit a caring customer service attitude and a desire to advance and learn new skills.
