Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician with a strong background in automation to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in maintaining, troubleshooting, and improving automated equipment and processes within our facility.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on automated equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical systems, including PLCs, HMI, sensors, actuators, and other automation components.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to assess automation needs and implement process improvements.
- Conduct root cause analysis for equipment failures and develop effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of maintenance activities, equipment manuals, and schematics.
- Assist in the installation and commissioning of new automation equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during all maintenance and repair activities.
- Provide technical support and training to production staff on automated systems and equipment operation.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Automation, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field preferred or High School Diploma
