Customer Care Representative – Somerset, NJ
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Care Representative to join our team. This role requires strong communication skills, multitasking ability, and a problem-solving mindset to support our customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
· Accurately enter customer purchase orders into SAP and coordinate shipping with the warehouse.
· Send sales order confirmations to customers.
· Work with our factories and purchasing department to order non-stock items.
· Process returns promptly and update relevant teams.
· Handle phone and email inquiries, providing direct support or redirecting as needed.
· Build strong relationships with customers, sales teams, and internal departments.
What We’re Looking For:
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and SAP (experience preferred).
· Strong written and verbal communication skills – able to write clear, professional emails and communicate confidently over the phone.
· Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
· Foreign language skills (Italian, Spanish, or others) are a plus.
· This is an in-office role based in Somerset, NJ, with hours from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
