Production Supervisor – South Windsor, CT ($61k-$68k w/benefits, Onsite)

Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Production Supervisor to join our Production Operations team in South Windsor, CT. As a Production Supervisor, you will oversee machine operations, and the manual processing of your production team. Your role will involve delegating work, ensuring that policies and procedures are followed, and driving productivity and quality goals. 
This is an onsite position based in South Windsor, CT.

Job Specifications:
-    Job Type: Full-time, Onsite w/benefits
-    Location: South Windsor, CT
-    Salary: $61,000-$68,000

Shift: Night Shift (Sunday to Tuesday, w/alternating Saturday, 6pm – 6am)

Roles and Responsibilities:
-    Sign off on all jobs, including material/media/indicia verification.
-    Ensure proper training for associates and conduct quality and ISO training.
-    Delegate and prioritize jobs, ensuring completion in the proper order.
-    Coordinate with supporting areas (Print Room) to meet SLAs.
-    Work with outside vendors for sorting needs and labor forecasting.
-    Ensure compliance with safety standards.
-    Coach, motivate, and develop production staff, conducting performance reviews and facilitating career development opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills:
-    Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a diverse group environment.
-    2-3 years of leadership experience within a Production Environment.
-    Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
-    Excellent oral and written communication skills.
-    Attention to detail and strong follow-up skills.
-    Availability for flexible schedule and overtime, including weekends.
