Pay Rate/Compensation: $18/hr
Hours: 6am-4:30pm (M-Thur) and 6am-12 noon on Fridays

What’s a typical day as an Assembler? You’ll be:

• Interpreting engineering drawings to understand tolerances of the parts to be machined
  

• Using hand tools and power tools to assemble machines parts
  

• Performing quality checks and making necessary adjustments to hold dimensions and tolerances
  

• Packing, sorting, and labeling as needed
  

• Taking proper care of all tools and equipment

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED
  

• Can read blueprints and use and read precision measuring tools
  

• Understand basic shop math including decimal/fraction conversion
  

• Can lift up to 40 lbs and have no restrictions on wearing required PPE for the area, including safety eyewear and steel-toed shoes
  

• Have some CNC operation experience (6 months or more highly preferred)
  

• Are able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
