We are hiring substitute food service workers in Clay County Public Schools. No previous experience is required!

Substitute Food Service workers may also be known as Culinary Workers, Cafeteria Workers or School Nutrition Workers.

Substitute Custodial Worker may be known by or include; Janitor, Custodian, Maintenance Worker, etc.

We are hiring substitute custodians in Clay County Public Schools. No previous experience is required!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must work at least 4 assignments per month

RESPONSIBILITIES:

FOOD SERVICE/CUSTODIAL:

  • Assume duties of the district food service worker in accordance with school district policies, school rules, and Kelly policies.

  • Assist in providing food service preparation and services to students, and other related kitchen duties, under the direction and guidance of School District personnel.

  • Dresses in a safe and appropriate manner as described in the KE Standards of Professional Conduct

  • Follow all food safety and storage rules. e) Follow all established sanitation procedures

  • Assist in providing cleaning, maintenance and other custodial care services to the building and school grounds, under the direction and guidance of School District personnel.

  • Follow the School District’s cleaning and sanitation rules and procedures.

  • Implement proper care, use, and safety of chemicals and equipment.
