Schedule: Monday-Thursday from 7:30AM-4:30PM

Our client is seeking a highly motivated Office Manager who can thrive in the company’s friendly environment while being an essential part of the team. Apply today for immediate consideration!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of the office
- Collaborate with the team for technology-related tasks
- Process hours for service technicians
- Handle financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
- Manage online banking
- Work within Housecall Pro system
- Enter job site information and build out tickets for the Service Manager
- Order office supplies
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including proper PPE usage
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficiency with QuickBooks Online required
- Strong team player with a great personality
- Willing to take direction and able to be cross-trained
- Comfortable handling money and processing hours
- Knowledgeable about safety regulations
- Experience in the plumbing industry is a plus but not required
