Hours: Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Are you ready to make a significant impact in a dynamic and innovative manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking a passionate and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team!
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from job postings to interviews and offer letters.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies while building strong relationships with local vendors and universities.
- Provide guidance on personnel policies and procedures to employees and management.
- Stay up-to-date on employment laws and compliance requirements.
- Conduct benefit training and assist employees with inquiries.
- Address and resolve employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Administer new employee onboarding and performance review processes.
- Collaborate with HR leadership to drive best practices in recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field, with 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience (manufacturing background preferred).
- Proven experience in handling sensitive employee relations issues and coaching senior leaders.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software (Workday experience is a plus).
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong knowledge of state and federal employment laws and regulations.
