Customer Service Representative (CSR) – Temp to Perm
? Location: Stoughton, MA
? Pay Rate: $18.50/hour
? Start Date: May 12, 2025 (Onboarding Deadline: April 25)
? Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM (35-hour workweek)
? Position Type: In-office
Our client is seeking for six (6) Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our Consumer Relations team in a temp-to-perm capacity. This role focuses on outbound calls and requires strong communication and customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to consumers, surrogates, and PCAs in the PCA program.

Communicate with Consumer Relations staff to ensure documentation accuracy.

Provide program-related resource information as needed.
-
Report any suspected cases of consumer abuse or neglect to the Disabled Person Protection Commission (DPPC).
Qualifications & Skills:
? Required:

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Strong data entry skills
-
Punctual, dependable, and self-motivated
-
Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
? Preferred:

Call center and customer service experience
-
Bilingual skills are a plus
Work Environment & Expectations:

Professional office setting with standard office equipment (computers, phones, copiers, etc.).

No travel required.
