Schedule: Monday thru Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm
Job Type: Temporary for approximately 3 months
Pay Rate: $20 – $25/hour based on experience
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Plans and conducts onboarding for new employees, fostering a positive experience toward the Company.
- Performs reference and background checks on applicants.
- Arranges pre-employment physicals and drug tests, and conducts foreign national background screening.
- Files and maintains employment records for future references.
- Arranges candidate telephone and onsite interviews, per the hiring manager’s request.
- Corresponds with job applicants to notify them of opportunities and next steps.
- Arranges travel and lodging for applicants, as necessary.
- Utilizes the applicant tracking system to maintain internal job postings and website postings.
- Attends recruitment events (job fairs, presentations at schools) promoting job opportunities.
- Assists with writing and placing job advertising in various media.
- Supports reviewing applications and pre-screens applicants to obtain work history, education, training, job skills, and salary requirements, and to provide information about the organization and position.
- Maintains metrics data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, transfers, terminations, and days to fill on a daily/weekly/monthly/annual basis.
- Maintains employee personnel files.

Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum of two years of experience in a high-volume coordination environment REQUIRED.
- Minimum of one year of experience using analytical skills and tools to develop reports, graphs, and business metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or an equivalent field preferred.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to effectively work with others and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Travel to career fairs and recruitment events required.
