We’re seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to work at a premier client in Pasadena, CA. Sound good? Take a closer look below. Location: Pasadena, CA 91107
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
Pay rate: $19-20.00ph
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Handle inbound calls and correspondence
– Primarily incoming calls from homecare providers regarding enrollment and eligibility for their health insurance
– Resolve all aspects of customer inquiries, provide accurate and timely responses
– Enter accurate information into the database
– Collaborate with various staff members to ensure seamless operations.
– Maintain records and ensure proper documentation.
– Light administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and envelope packing
– Handle email and phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
Qualifications & Skills:
– Previous Call Center or Customer Service experience, 2yr+
– Bilingual in English and Spanish required
– Microsoft Office proficient
– 35 wpm+
– Background screen (live scan) after acceptance of job offer
