Now Hiring: Molding Machine Operators – Multiple Shifts Available | Rochester, NY
Are you looking to build your skills in a hands-on manufacturing environment? Join a growing production team in Rochester, NY where quality, teamwork, and opportunity come together. We’re hiring Molding Machine Operators who are ready to take the next step in their career with a company that values consistency and growth.
Pay: $17–$19/hr (Based on shift and experience)
Type: Temp-to-Hire with long-term potential
Shift Options Available:
- A Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Monday–Friday)
- B Shift: 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM (Monday–Thursday)
- C Shift: 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM (Sunday–Thursday)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Operating molding machines to manufacture precision plastic parts
- Inspecting materials and using basic measurement tools to ensure product quality
- Trimming, sorting, and prepping parts for final packaging
- Following safety and cleanliness standards to keep work areas organized
- Packaging and labeling products to meet production goals
What You Bring to the Table:
- Previous experience in machine operation or manufacturing (1–2 years preferred)
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- High School Diploma or GED (preferred)
- Willingness to learn and be part of a collaborative team
