Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking an experienced lab tech for direct-hire (permanent) position with one of our partners in the Twin Cities area. SUMMARY
This QC Supervisor will oversee the QC Microbiology team, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant testing for manufacturing support.
DUTIES
- Leading microbiology testing for in-process products, final products, raw materials, and water
- Ensuring batch release criteria align with the production schedule
- Managing resources to meet client testing requirements
- Driving continuous improvement of testing methods and procedures
- Training and mentoring staff, serving as a subject matter expert
- Representing QC microbiology in external customer relations and audits
QUALIFICATIONS
- BA/BS in a related life science field
- 8+ of laboratory experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role
- 5+ years in a GMP microbiology lab setting
- Hands-on experience in quality control testing and troubleshooting out-of-specification results
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team development and retention
- Regulated audit experience preferred

- Target pay: $85,000 – $100,000/year
