Location: Dallas, Texas (off LBJ Freeway)
M-F, 8am – 5pm / fully on-site
Pay: $25-30hr / Temp-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:
- Collections Management:
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to facilitate timely payment.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or written correspondence to resolve outstanding balance inquiries.
- Negotiate payment terms and arrangements with clients to ensure successful debt recovery.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or collections, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills; experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
