Kelly Services is hiring a Bilingual (French/English) Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for our client in Calgary, AB. This role supports corporate departments and field leaders with HR guidance, employee relations, recruitment, performance management, policy compliance, and change management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support in employee relations, workplace investigations, and performance management.

  • Assist in recruitment for corporate positions and succession planning.

  • Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment laws, and health & safety regulations.

  • Support leadership development, employee engagement, and change management initiatives.

  • Develop and analyze HR metrics to improve policies and programs.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources with 5+ years of HR generalist and recruitment experience.

  • Bilingual in English and French is required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

  • Excellent English and French verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strategic thinking and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.

  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment law, and compliance.

  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills.

  • Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Compensation/Perks:

  • Salary: $80,000–$100,000/year (based on experience).

  • Relocation assistance is available for candidates outside of Alberta.
