Hybrid Planning Data Analyst (Temporary 12-Week Assignment)

Job Summary:

Job Specifications:  
– Job Type: Temporary (12 weeks) -could extend
– Location: Preston, WA  
– Pay Rate: $28.00 – $37.00 per hour  
– Shift: Full-time (Hybrid, 3+ days in-office)

Roles and Responsibilities:  
– Build new reports for Planning and other Supply Chain Operations departments as directed.  
– Conduct ad hoc reporting and analysis as requested.  
– Support the management and maintenance of metrics and KPIs.  
– Drive inventory tracing exercises as necessary.  
– Manage weekly reporting efforts for distressed finished goods, work-in-progress, inventory projections, and valuation.  
– Generate monthly raw material forecasts and provide analysis of data for trends and callouts.  
– Support cross-functional projects with reporting and analysis.  
– Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and SQF practices, reporting any issues to management.  
– Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:  
– Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted. 
– Minimum of three (3) years of report building and data analysis experience. 
– Experience with WMS and ERP systems, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. 
– Proficiency in Power BI and SQL. 
– Strong Excel skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite. 
– Ability to travel up to 10% and occasionally work evenings and weekends for special assignments.
