We get it: job searching takes time and attention. At Kelly®, we’re here to make it a whole lot easier for you. We’re seeking a 2nd shift Sanitation/Maintenance Worker to work at a premier food manufacturing company in Owatonna, MN. This opportunity could be the one you’ve been looking for.

2nd shift: $19/hour, 4 pm to 2:30 am Monday-Thursday

4 day work week!

Temp to hire after 90 days or less!

What’s a typical day as a Sanitation Operator / Maintenance Worker?:
• Perform daily cleaning, maintenance and sanitation on the production floor, corridors, & hand washing stations.
• Cleaning of doors, floors, walls, windows, ceilings, horizontal surfaces, overheads using cleaning chemicals and anything else listed in Master Sanitation Schedule.
• Drain cleaning throughout the plant & routine cleaning of filter socks.
• Tote and cardboard baler operation.
• Operation of trash compactor and floor scrubbing machine.
• Stock and refill supplies.
• Cleaning employee break room, and locker room areas as identified on the Master Sanitation Schedule..
• Normal powdered food plant environment. Exposure to dust, noise, hot and humid conditions, and cleaning chemicals.
• Reach, climb, stoop, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds. See, hear, walk, sit, and stand for long periods of time. Pushing, pulling, kneeling, squatting, and reaching above shoulder level. 

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• At least 3 months sanitation experience required, preferably in food/beverage industry
• HSD or GED
• Can lift 50 pounds repeatedly & work with strong cleaning and disinfecting solutions.
• Can use various cleaning tools and supplies in a fast-paced environment
• Can read, write and speak English.
• Can operate a scissor/boom lift, and floor scrubber.
