Location: White Bear Lake
Schedule: 6am- 6pm or 6pm – 6am 
Shift Schedule: (2-2-3 schedule)
Pay Rate: $28-30 per hour + shift differential

What’s a typical day as a Maintenance Mechanic? You’ll be:
• Performing mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to keep plant equipment running smoothly.
• Documenting repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure accurate records.
• Working on electrical systems, including single-phase and three-phase power distribution.
• Conducting preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
• Have 3+ years of maintenance experience (or 2+ years with relevant technical training).
• Are skilled in single-phase and three-phase electrical systems.
• Have strong mechanical troubleshooting skills and experience using test instruments (multimeters, continuity testers, ampere meters).
• Are a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
