Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: Clearwater, FL 33760
Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday

  • 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in Clearwater. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of 10-15 employees, and ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. This role reports directly to the Production/Warehouse Manager.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.

  • Coordinate daily activities and workflow within the warehouse to meet production goals.

  • Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.

  • Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and shipping procedures.

  • Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.

  • Collaborate with the Production/Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required, with a leadership role preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.

  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
