Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Location: Clearwater, FL 33760
Pay: $50,000 – $55,000 per year
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team in Clearwater. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations, leading a team of 10-15 employees, and ensuring efficient workflow and productivity. This role reports directly to the Production/Warehouse Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of warehouse staff, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to safety standards.
- Coordinate daily activities and workflow within the warehouse to meet production goals.
- Train and mentor new employees on warehouse procedures and best practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with order fulfillment and shipping procedures.
- Ensure a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Collaborate with the Production/Warehouse Manager to implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is required, with a leadership role preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and lead by example.
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and warehouse operations.
