Job Title: Warehouse Records Clerk
Shift: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Location: Fife, WA 98424
Duration: Temp to Hire
Pay Rate: 19.25
Record Center Specialist
The Record Center Specialist (RCS) is responsible for maintaining and processing physical assets in the Records Center. This role involves handling incoming and outgoing orders, moving boxed items and bins, and managing internal moves, permanent withdrawals, and special projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and scan incoming/outgoing work orders, investigate discrepancies, and prepare shipments.
- Retrieve and store files, containers, and tapes within set timeframes.
- Assist with loading/unloading company vehicles.
- Maintain order tracking, racking organization, and accurate paperwork.
- Inspect and maintain equipment, including scanners and record center vehicles.
- Follow safety protocols and report concerns.
- Participate in audits, client record reviews, and disaster recovery plans.
- Travel between facilities and work overtime as needed.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1-2 years in a warehouse or service industry required.
- Skills: Forklift operation, basic computer skills, attention to detail, and teamwork.
- Physical Requirements: Lift 20-50 lbs, frequent bending/reaching, pushing/pulling, and operating warehouse equipment.
