Kelly is now hiring Manufacturing Assembly Technician for a customer in Sherman TX!

Pay Rate: $17/hour
– Shift: 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Operate overhead cranes, forklifts, drilling machines, finish grinders, and torque machines.
– Accurately use a tape measure and read blueprints to ensure precise assembly.
– Utilize hand tools, including sledgehammers, for extended periods to complete tasks.
– Maintain quality and production standards throughout the manufacturing process.
– Always ensure a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
– High School diploma or GED required.
– Minimum of 1 year of manufacturing experience.
– Proficient in reading a measuring tape and measuring to the 32nd inch.
– Strong attention to detail and ability to read basic blueprints/drawings.
– Excellent attendance and reliability are essential.
– Willingness to work overtime and adapt to various outdoor climates.
