Job Details:

  • $26 per hour depending on experience + 12% differential

  • Weekend Shift: Friday -Sunday; 5am – 5:30pm

  • Must be able to train on weekday shift for up to 2 months

    What’s a typical day as a Facilities Maintenance Technician? You’ll be:

    • Overseeing the HVAC & VRF systems and maintaining essential equipment such as ovens, paint booths, and loading docks.

    • Utilizing the Building Management System to ensure optimal operational temperatures throughout the facility.

    • Performing remodeling, expansions, and ensuring all work areas are clean, orderly, and presentable at all times, including some snow removal duties.

    This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

    • Have HVAC certification (preferred) and possess mechanical and machine maintenance troubleshooting skills (mandatory).

    • Hold a two-year college degree or have 3 to 5 years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

    • Are computer literate and have a valid driver’s license, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work well as part of a team.
