Now hiring a Banking Specialist for a premier bank in Moose Lake, MN!
Pay: $19-$22/hr
Hours: 8am-5pm, M-F
Location: Moose Lake, MN 55767
Position Type: Temp to hire
Job Summary: This role combines banking and marketing support functions, so the ideal candidate will need to be adaptable, customer-oriented, and capable of balancing both creative and operational tasks.
Responsibilities
- Supporting multiple entities within the bank
- Provide excellent customer service to bank patrons
- Banking support: account support, transaction processing, product knowledge, technical support, data entry & record keeping, compliance & regulations
- Marketing support: assist with campaign development, market research, event coordination, branding & messaging, analytics & reporting, and customer engagement
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Marketing experience
- Customer-focused with the ability to solve problems efficiently
- Proficient on Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (or another marketing software)
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making
