L3 Inventory Technician
Hillsboro, Oregon
M-F 8am – 5pm
Pay: $25/hr W2
Full Benefits + Paid Time Off
Job overview and knowledge in the following:
Shipping
- Ship platforms & equipment to domestic and international locations using client’s tools.
Receiving
- Support incoming packages and freight by checking in & inventorying of equipment/items.
- Distributing of received equipment to lab locations and specific team members.
Inventory Management
- Manage and track all required data of equipment in client’s-based tools: AIM/ISMP/SAP, etc.
- Support handling of equipment to be tracked within the relevant tracking system (Priority & ISMP)
Cycle Count
- Support & manage HVPIP of lab assets by following client’s guidelines.
- Assist and prepare for all auditing of HVPIP done on a quarterly basis.
Lab Compliance and Maintenance
- Comply with all processes including Safety, ESD, Security, Calibration, FCC, CCC & HVPIP.
- Provide daily lab routine checks for safety hazards, risks, unused equipment, scrap & potential improvements.
Scrapping Management
- Support & compliance of scrapping (waterfall damaged, EOL & unwanted) equipment.
- Disposal of non-toxic scrap materials.
Office Software
- Understanding and organization of emails in Outlook.
- Understanding MS Excel.
- Understanding ISMP/ServiceNow as inventory management.
Equipment
- Use of pallet jack and electric pallet jacks.
- Operating Lifts and Lift Carts.
- Barcode scanner operations and configuration.
