Looking for a hands-on manufacturing role where you can grow your skills?
We’re hiring Assembly Workers and Machine Operators in Lima, NY to join a fast-paced, team-oriented printing production facility. If you enjoy working with your hands, operating machinery, and being part of a supportive team, this is a great opportunity to build a long-term career in manufacturing!

Available Shifts & Pay Rates:

  • Day Shift (A): Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM – $16/hr

  • Evening Shift (B): Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM – $17.60/hr

  • Overnight Shift (C): Sunday–Thursday, 10:30 PM – 7:00 AM – $18.40/hr

Weekly pay available — earn $640–$736/week depending on shift!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assembly Workers:

  • Assist in the production of custom-printed plastic key tags, ID cards, gift cards, and access badges

  • Stack, feed, and unload printed materials during various stages of production

  • Use hands and arms to position, sort, and assemble materials with attention to detail

  • Perform routine quality checks to ensure cards and tags meet print, cut, and finish specifications

  • Apply labels, sort, pack, and organize finished goods for shipping to customers

  • Follow visual work instructions and production guidelines accurately

  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace throughout your shift

  • Assist with general production support tasks as needed (i.e., packaging supplies, replenishing materials)

Machine Operators:

  • Operate machines that cut, laminate, or print custom plastic ID cards, key tags, and access badges

  • Feed materials (sheets/cards) into machines and unload finished product

  • Monitor machinery and controls to ensure consistent production flow and print quality

  • Inspect printed products for defects, misprints, alignment, or damage

  • Record production counts and note any machine issues or downtime

  • Conduct light troubleshooting or adjustments as needed to maintain production standards

  • Keep your machine station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

What You Bring to the Team:

  • High School Diploma/GED preferred but not required.

  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods.

  • Detail-oriented with good hand-eye coordination.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
