Admin/Sales Associate – Maternity Leave Coverage
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role will provide support to our sales team by handling customer orders and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction:

  • Confirm orders from existing customers, primarily supermarkets, via phone calls.

  • Record order information accurately in an Excel spreadsheet.

  • Generate invoices using a basic software system.


  • Administrative Tasks:

  • Maintain accurate customer records and order tracking.

  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous administrative or sales experience.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and organization.

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.

    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

    • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.

    Schedule:

    • Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm

    • Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm

    Compensation:

    • $20/hour

    Duration:

    • Start Date: April (training will be provided by current employee)

    • End Date: Early to Mid-July
