Admin/Sales Associate – Maternity Leave Coverage
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team on a temporary basis to cover a maternity leave. This role will provide support to our sales team by handling customer orders and administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction:
- Confirm orders from existing customers, primarily supermarkets, via phone calls.
- Record order information accurately in an Excel spreadsheet.
- Generate invoices using a basic software system.
Qualifications:
- Previous administrative or sales experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and organization.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 am – 3:00 pm or 4:00 pm
- Saturday: 8:00 am – 12:00 pm or 1:00 pm
Compensation:
- $20/hour
Duration:
- Start Date: April (training will be provided by current employee)
- End Date: Early to Mid-July
