We’re seeking an Inventory Specialist for a client that’s leader in Ultrasound Sales, Service, Rental and Repair in Tampa, FL. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.
Pay: $17/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm
Employment type: Temp-to-Perm.
What’s a typical day as an Inventory Specialist? You’ll be:
- Conduct secondary quality checks on repaired/tested ultrasound parts.
- Assist in system testing validation processes when required.
- Ensure inventory areas are organized, clean, and compliant with ESD safety standards.
- Perform inventory put away and work-in-progress (WIP) transport.
- Accurately pick orders and prepare shipments for delivery.
- Conduct periodic and on-demand physical inventory cycle counts.
- Assist with part photo documentation, packaging, and labeling.
- Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including parcel and freight shipments.
- Assist in maintaining overall material and supply organization.
- Provide after-hours shipping coverage as needed.
- Responsible for crating ultrasounds for safe transport.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Basic computer skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Experience in medical equipment/parts or ISO certification is advantageous.
- ESD training or certification is desirable.
- Proficient in inventory and project management.
