We’re seeking an Inventory Specialist for a client that’s leader in Ultrasound Sales, Service, Rental and Repair in Tampa, FL. With us, it’s all about finding the job that’s just right.

Pay: $17/hr.
Schedule
: Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:30pm
Employment type: Temp-to-Perm.
What’s a typical day as an Inventory Specialist? You’ll be:

  • Conduct secondary quality checks on repaired/tested ultrasound parts.

  • Assist in system testing validation processes when required.

  • Ensure inventory areas are organized, clean, and compliant with ESD safety standards.

  • Perform inventory put away and work-in-progress (WIP) transport.

  • Accurately pick orders and prepare shipments for delivery.

  • Conduct periodic and on-demand physical inventory cycle counts.

  • Assist with part photo documentation, packaging, and labeling.

  • Handle shipping and receiving tasks, including parcel and freight shipments.

  • Assist in maintaining overall material and supply organization.

  • Provide after-hours shipping coverage as needed.

  • Responsible for crating ultrasounds for safe transport.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • 2-3 years of experience in warehouse or inventory management.

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Basic computer skills with attention to detail.

  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus.

  • Experience in medical equipment/parts or ISO certification is advantageous.

  • ESD training or certification is desirable.

  • Proficient in inventory and project management.
