Remote PST Hours Administrative Support Specialist – TDI Business Unit Day Shift $20-$22/hr DOE Needs BaaN exp Job Summary: Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Support Specialist for the Telecom, Data Center & Industrial (TDI) business unit! This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative tasks and recycling program. You will be the go-to person for daily support, managing online portals, and maintaining communication with various stakeholders. If you have a knack for organization and enjoy working in a collaborative environment, we want to hear from you! Job Specifications: – Job Type: Full-Time – Location: Remote – Pay Rate: $20-$22/hr – Shift: Day Shift Roles and Responsibilities: – Perform all recycling daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks. – Process all lead acid scrap payments related to TDI. – Maintain open lines of communication with customers, carriers, smelter partners, and TDI management. – Resolve issues quickly and effectively for recycling purposes. – Manage online portals and assist with administrative duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills: – High school diploma plus two years of formal clerical/business education. – A minimum of three years of experience in an office environment in a customer relations role, or equivalent combination of education and experience. – Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills. – Previous telephone experience is required. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access). – Familiarity with order entry processes using BaaN is a plus. – Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills to develop effective working relationships with customers and co-workers.
