Shift Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:15pm
Pay: $30/hr

Job Description – CMM Programmer/Operator
Reports to: Quality Manager
Qualification:
- Leadership quality
- Ability to train other people
- Must be a computer literate to input the production data
- Should be able to Pay close attention to detail and ability to take decision on the parts on their own with minimal help.
- Ability to uses Gages, Calipers and Micrometer
- Ability to operate CMM
- Ability to read and understand basic work instruction
Duties:
- Run CMM and generate SPC reports
- Ziess machine
- Program the new projects according to requirements
- Need to provide training for engineers weekly once how to run the machine as well as how to program.
- Lead and train other people
- Maintain traceability and documentation
- Fill-out necessary paperwork, including quality check sheets, Sort sheets etc.
- Load and unload items at least up to 32 pound boxes
- Check the part dimensions with the use of various types of measuring equipment including but not limited to gauges, calipers, etc.
- Working hours will be spent in the plant only
- Standard 40-hour workweek applies
- Should maintain Exceptional attendance record
Additional Requirements:
- Physical strength and stamina required to stand, walk, and lift for long periods of time on a daily basis
- Must be able to learn how to complete minor adjustments with minimal help.
- Works efficiently and manages time effectively.
Training and Requirements:
- Measuring the parts including but not limited to CMM, gauges, calipers, etc.
- Quality Policy Discussion with Manager
